In the interests of consistency and transparency, the Board of Directors is in the process of developing a new rate schedule for Plant Investment Fees (ie: "hookup fees") that takes into account the most recent capital improvements that we've made, including the new water tank. This way, future growth in our community will help pay for needed improvements.
